The Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (ASK) has launched a verification procedure to determine whether he is a public official Admir Šahmanović violated the provisions of the Law on Prevention of Corruption, which refer to the obligation to submit accurate and complete data in the report on income and assets.
This was officially answered by "Vijesti" from KAS, which initiated the procedure after "Vijesti" published information last month that the current state secretary in the Ministry of Capital Investments (MKI) did not report the income he earns as a member of the Supervisory Board in Control in the property register. of Serbia and Montenegro (SMATSA).
"The procedure, which the law prescribes to be of a confidential nature, is ongoing," said the KAS.
Šahmanović is the Government Dritan Abazović proposed to represent Montenegro in the joint enterprise of the two countries for the provision of services in air navigation. The Assembly of SMATSA elects members of the Supervisory Board.
SMATSA provides flight control services in the airspace with a total area of 113.664 square kilometers, which includes the airspace of the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Montenegro.

The two did not answer the questions of "Vijesti" earlier.
ASK said that Koprivica does not have the status of a public official.
