The owner of the company "Hoklica" Nikola Lalević announced this evening that he will not sign a contract with the National Parks on the lease of the mountain lodge Sušica in the National Park "Durmitor", despite the fact that they were selected "in a clear legal procedure".
"We assess the involvement of our project in daily political games by certain media and NGO activists for their particular interests as inappropriate and extremely incorrect. Despite this, for the sake of protecting the integrity of our new, but very ambitious company with pure intentions, we inform the public that we will not sign a contract with National Parks of Montenegro. At the same time, we expect the announcement of a new public call soon, to which we will be happy to apply, convinced that our dominant business plan, in as much competition and as objectively as possible by the National Parks, will be chosen again," states the electronic letter submitted editorial office.
The public advertisement offered a home building with a total of 240 square meters, as well as a plot of 875 square meters, including the land under the building, road and parking lot. The initial lease price was 2.400 euros per year without VAT, which was agreed upon. The facility is located near Lake Sušice and in the canyon of the river Sušice, which dries up in the summer.
The day before yesterday, Lalević confirmed to "Vijesta" that he had signed a contract with the National Parks on a five-year lease and announced that he would invest 40 euros in that facility, as promised in the business plan.
At the time, he said that the facility was in a very bad condition, and that his goal was to make a "positive story" while respecting the strict standards for that National Park protection zone.
In a short telephone conversation, he said that he will soon publicly present his plan for that facility and what he intends to do, as well as that it will be for the benefit of mountaineers and visitors.
When asked whether he founded the company by accident or on purpose in July with the intention of applying for the tender that was announced on September 22, Lalević said that he did not intend to respond to critics from social networks, but that he would show through his work that this is a positive the story.
He also claims that it is not true that there were no other interested parties in the tender, but that the other bidder did not submit all the necessary documentation.
He said last night that, unlike many others, their goal is not to engage in politics: "And in the coming period, no one will involve us in such exaggerations. We are confident in our own capacities for engaging in tourism and hospitality activities, we have an elaborate plan, we have the means - the will for adequate valorization." mountain lodge Sušica, we are giving the opportunity to everyone else, who were noisy in the previous days, but also to those with sincere intentions, to show their vision through a business plan and participate with us in a new public call in the near future".
This year's tender lasted seven days.
Two days ago, the National Parks announced that the income from accommodation in this home, when NP "Durmitor" managed it, amounted to 2014 euros in 588, 2015 euros in 870 and 2017 euros in 125.
G.K.
We expect the announcement of a new public call soon, to which we will happily apply, confident that our dominant business plan... will be chosen again," the email sent to the editorial office states.
