Representatives of the Ministry of Finance exchanged experiences with Croatian colleagues

Representatives of the Montenegrin Ministry of Finance exchanged experiences in the field of treasury operations with an emphasis on accrual accounting, cash management, e-orders and other functionalities of the SAP program with Croatian colleagues.

Today, the Montenegrin delegation talked about these topics with the head of the Department for State Budget Execution Danka Mihaljević and her colleagues: Jadranka Groška Kadrum, Tamara Kelković and Maja Ivezić.

The team of the Ministry of Finance, headed by State Secretary Ilija Vukčević, met today in Zagreb with Danijela Stepić, Director of the Croatian State Treasury and her deputy, Hana Zoričić.

The Ministry of Finance announced that during constructive meetings with Croatian colleagues, they discussed ways to increase the level of efficiency and transparency in treasury operations.

The Director of the Public Debt Management Department, Hrvoje Radovanić, presented Croatia's experience in the implementation of arrangements related to financial derivatives, as well as the importance of the secondary market of government debt, while the macroeconomist and head of sales at InterCapital, Kristina, spoke about the impact of joining the eurozone on the bonds of neighboring countries.
