The offer of the company "Tring" from Podgorica was declared the most favorable in the tender that the Public Enterprise for the Management of the Sea Assets announced for the procurement of official clothes for employees on the Kamenari-Lepetane ferry line.
In the tender, which had an estimated value of 41.322 without VAT, this company offered to deliver the requested items for 40.750 euros without VAT. As stated in the Decision on the selection of the most favorable offer, which was published on the central electronic public procurement portal, it was about 550 euros cheaper than the offer of the second-ranked bidder, the company "Spark" from Nikšić.
The company "Tring" will deliver the requested goods to Morski Dobr within one year from the conclusion of the contract or until the consumption of the contracted quantities, depending on which occurs first as a circumstance. The dynamics of the execution of the contract is successive, as necessary and at the request of the client.
With this purchase, Morsko dobro, almost eight months after taking over the maintenance of the ferry line in Boka, and a failed tender that was announced in the meantime, finally "dressed" its employees who work on ferries and in the administration that deals with the organization of ferry operations.
Until now, the employees usually performed their work in their own clothes, while only a part of those who moved to Morsko do from the former private operator of the ferry line, the company "Pomorski sabrojka" had the proper protective equipment and uniforms that those workers received from their previous employer.
In the past months, the workers of the Maritime Dobr independently acquired signal fluorescent vests that visually separated them from other citizens on the ferries, but the Occupational Safety and Health Inspection has so far not checked whether the employer provided the ferry crews with proper work overalls, adequate work shoes, antiphons and other protective equipment. equipment normally required to be used by merchant ship crews.
After the tender is completed, Morsko dobro will buy 100 pieces of two types of used pants, bermuda shorts, winter jackets, rain pants, raincoats, winter hats, caps, deep shoes, boots, sneakers, sweatshirts and gloves, and 200 pieces from the company "Tring". men's, that is, 20 pieces of women's polo shirts, 20 pieces of women's hoodies, 10 pieces of women's winter jackets, and 10 antiphones.
The marine department needs to acquire a tool for regular maintenance of ferries, which are very neglected and untidy, and there is also an investment in regular repairs and docking of ferries during the coming months, of which the first in line for a larger and more expensive overhaul will be the ferry "Trideseti August".
On October 21st, the validity of the temporary seaworthiness certificate issued by the Maritime Safety and Port Management Administration for that ship expired, which is why the "Thirtieth August" has been out of traffic for ten days and is tied up in Kamenari. That ship will soon have to be docked at the "Adriatic 42" shipyard in Bijela in order to have the so-called renovation done. class and extended the validity of the paper.
