Representatives of the Administration for Inspection Affairs and the Federal Administration for Inspection Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina signed the Protocol on Cooperation, which will contribute to the further connection of these institutions.

The protocol was signed by the director of UIP, Ana Vujošević, and the director of FUZIP, Anis Ajdinović, on behalf of the administrations.

The UIP delegation paid a three-day working visit to FUZIP, during which the organization, systematization and way of working of those administrations were presented, with special emphasis on the information systems that are being used and whose implementation is still to come.

Representatives of the Federal Administration for Inspection Affairs presented the work of the innovative electronic system E-inspector, which will greatly facilitate the future work of the inspectorate, which was modeled after the unique inspection information system of the UIP.

"In addition to all the advantages, the shortcomings of the information system that were noticed during the implementation phase, as well as the directions for improving the system, were also discussed in an open conversation," the announcement states.

The Federal Administration for Inspection Affairs developed a system for cross-border control of goods - BIMS in order to speed up the process of cross-border control of goods, enable equal treatment at all customs offices and customs clearance points, and ensure more efficient administration, which was practically presented to our delegation.

The representatives of the inspection departments had the opportunity to get acquainted with the differences, but also the similarities, in the handling during the inspections, which will further serve to improve the work in the field, through a comparative exchange of experience with the federal inspectorates.
