The members of the board of the state airline "To Montenegro", on the eve of the expected change, made maximum use of the benefits they voted for themselves - to have an unlimited number of "preferred" return air tickets on that company's flights in business class, so he is a member of the Board of Directors Orhan Hodzic in one day on November 15, picked up 14 "preferred" tickets for himself and family members, "Vijesti" learned from a source in the company.

At today's session, the government dismissed the entire Board of Directors.

Hodžić's tickets, according to the documentation that "Vijesti" has, refer to several dates in the period from November 15 to January 25 of the following year for flights from Podgorica to Belgrade and Ljubljana. Return tickets on these flights in business class, according to data from the airline's website, are from 260 to 380 euros. All approvals stated that they were private flights.

According to the Rulebook on the use of preferential transport on the "To Montenegro" lines, which they themselves adopted, the members of the board of directors have the right to an unlimited number of "preferential" tickets, that is, they should pay only part of the amount of airport taxes. The document approving these tickets does not specify the amount that Hodžić should pay.

Amendments to this Rulebook, by which the members of the board of directors received an unlimited number of preferential tickets on private flights for themselves and family members, as well as the possibility to use them in business class, were adopted at the beginning of this year. According to "Vijesti" information, it was Hodžić who insisted on voting for these changes. At that time, the possibility that preferential tickets can be used for private flights was also voted upon, even after the possible dismissal or termination of the mandate of the board members.

All preferential airline tickets to Hodžić were approved by the president of the board of directors with his signature Pavle Ljesar, while requests for "attention" were addressed to the executive director Mark Anjur. The "Vijesti" source from the company also said that it has never happened before that 14 preferential tickets were issued to one person in one day and for such a long period, that is, that they were issued a maximum of two or three tickets per day.

According to the same rulebook, according to "Vijesti" information, other employees of the company are entitled to one such ticket per year.

"Vijesti" asked "To Montenegro" and Hodžić about these preferential airline tickets, and the answer came only from the airline.

"The use of the company's preferential airline tickets is carried out in accordance with the Rulebook on the use of preferential transport on the 'ToMontenegro' lines, which stipulates that all persons employed in the company, as well as members of the Board of Directors, are entitled to an ID (Industry Discount) discount. In accordance with the aforementioned Rulebook, the aforementioned persons have the right to an unlimited number of tickets on regular "Air Montenegro" flights without the right of reservation, i.e. if there are available free seats on the flight, and the right to one return ticket or two tickets in one direction during the calendar year, with the right to make a reservation", it was stated in the answer from "To Montenegro", whose business brand is "Air Montenegro".

On the approved requests for preferential airline tickets, the exact dates of departure and return, as well as the flight numbers, are indicated, so they are practically already reserved.

When asked what the preferential price of an airline ticket means and whether they refer to commercial seats or business class, the company states that they refer to economy class, but that members of the board of directors can use it in business class without extra charge if there is room there. .

"The preferential price of the plane ticket includes the right to the convenience of traveling in economy class with the obligation to pay all associated airport taxes. For all trips of members of the board of directors, executive director, as well as crew members in company uniform, in case of availability of business class at the time of check-in, an upgrade from economy class to business class is approved without charge, i.e. the use of business class seats in the passenger cabin", the answer stated.

When asked how many preferential airline tickets are the members of the board of directors entitled to annually, as well as whether it is true that employees are entitled to one such ticket per year, the company said that everyone has the same right.

"Like all persons employed in the company, the members of the Board of Directors of the company have the same right to an unlimited number of tickets on regular flights of 'Air Montenegro' without the right of reservation and the right to one return ticket or two tickets in one direction during the calendar year, with with the right of reservation", the company stated.

Will the outgoing management "regulate" the debt of "Oki Air" of €200.000?

"Vijesti" also asked whether the section on the claim of "To Montenegro" from the company "Oki Air" was completed, based on the fact that "Oki Air" was charging fees for excess baggage from passengers at three airports in Podgorica, Belgrade and Ljubljana, and that he did not forward the money to the company "To Montenegro", as well as whether a special decision or book approval is being prepared in order to reduce this claim.

"In order to finalize the claim section of 'To Montenegro' from the company 'Oki Air', the national airline has issued an invoice, and in the event of the need to issue a credit note, it will, as is the case with other partners, be issued in accordance with established procedures and standards ", they stated from "To Montenegro".

The control of the airline's officials established that "Oki Air" charged 2022 euros from passengers for this fee only at the airport in Podgorica for the period June-December 70.000, which was not forwarded to "ToMontenegro".

For the entire period of two years since "Oki Air" has been working for the national airline company at three airports, the debt was previously estimated at 200 thousand euros.

When he was elected to the board of directors in September last year, Hodžić was the owner of all three companies "Oki Air" at these airports. During May of this year, he transferred the ownership of these companies to relatives and related persons, because the contract on the continuation of services for "To Montenegro" expired in June and could not be extended if a member of the board was in a conflict of interest. The contract was signed by Anžur, who took office a few days before, among other things, with the voice of Hodžić.

According to "Vijesti" information, the new administration in the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs was informed about the disputed contract.
