The non-governmental organization "Euromost" requested in writing from the Basic State Prosecutor's Office to investigate all the allegations published in "Vijesti" about the actions of the technical manager of Communal "Lim" Senad Pačariz, as well as to investigate the operations of that company in the last 10 years and to the case involves the Special State Prosecutor's Office, because it also involves public officials who managed the company.

"That all the information published by "Vijesti" is correct is also shown by the fact that Senad Pačariz clearly confirmed all the allegations through his reaction, that he received three salaries, that he is a member of the Board of Directors, that in February 2023 he was elected as member of the Management Board on the basis of the list of workers from 2021, where no workers were signed and without the minutes from the workers' meeting held. The only thing he 'forgot' to state is how much his salary is as a technical manager, because he probably also signed a contract for that position," says the statement signed by the executive director of the NGO, Almer Mekić.
"Euromost" also submitted the Decision of the Bijelo Polje Municipal Assembly, from which it can be seen that Pačariz was elected on February 16, 2 for a four-year term in the Management Board of Komunalno.
The Assembly of the Municipality of Bijelo Polje states in a statement to "News" that the director of Communal Lim Radenko Vujošević submitted act number 6195 of December 2, 12 to the Assembly's service, i.e. to the Secretary of the Assembly, that he was elected as a member of the Board of Directors from among the employees Senad Pačariz'. According to the statement of Pačariza and the secretary of the SO, with the act from 2021, he can be in the Management Board of this company for seven years, from 2021 to 2021 and onward to 2023. The Company's Statute clearly states that "members of the Board of Directors are elected by employees at a meeting of all employees in the company, and that the meeting of employees is convened by the executive director and manages his work until the chairman of the meeting is elected." We emphasize this in particular because the company's workers informed us that lists are being drawn up again by the trade union of this company to support Pačariz, which, as the workers suspect, are planning to secretly 'intrude' into the current documentation, which is located in SO Bijelo Polje, as if it were he was elected in February 2027, which is the reason to warn the Parliament and the Prosecutor's Office about these intentions today", said Mekić.
He stated that "Euromost" filed a complaint with the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption against Pačariz, because as a public official in the Management Board of the Municipal Enterprise he violated the Law on Prevention of Corruption, because he was obliged to perform his function in such a way as not to subjugate the public interest to the private one. as well as not to cause a conflict of interest in the exercise of public office.
"He admitted that as a member of the Board of Directors, he voted to increase his salary coefficient and caused a conflict of interest in the election for the technical manager. He also did not report additional income in his record, as he was legally obliged to do."
