A company from Serbia that submitted a request to the Central Bank of Montenegro (CBCG) for the acquisition of a qualified participation of up to 50 percent in the capital of Prva Banka during the implementation of the procedure for examining the fulfillment of the prescribed conditions for issuing approval in mid-November, gave up this request.
