Regarding the article "Pošta: Data on business operations are true", which was published in "Vijesti" on December 25 and in which the management of the state-owned company denies the claims of its member of the board of directors, Stojan Sjekloća, Sjekloća replied:
"The worryingly low level of self-critical awareness and tolerance among the Post's top management is probably the result of dubious degrees. Instead of conclusively refuting the "inaccuracy of the allegations" of this member of the Board of Directors, they deal with "a wide range of feelings" in their familiar style. First of all, the management does not need to explain to me the method of charging the cost of the universal service. I completed that process in 2016. according to the lex specialis. And, as far as the management is clear, the fact that they turned out the calculation for this year at over 900.000 euros, and in the end they would accept around 300.000, is the best telling. Such deviations are not known even in the "djutur" bargain. It is important to note that the same has been repeated for the last three years. After all, even the independent auditor does not see the justification of those inappropriate requests. So, managers, shake yourself out of the 'impression of well-being' and return to 'real feelings'. The best remedy for this is re-reading the decisions of the Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, lost lawsuits and minutes from the Board of Directors. After that, it will be quite clear that it is ignorance or criminal intent. You brag about the increase in wages, and they are the result of express demands and the union strike, which was witnessed by the Montenegrin and general public. In truth, you are to blame for such a scenario, as well as for the painful often mundane course of negotiations, threats to workers, disciplinary and inspection reports. The latest 'cash gift of 100 euros' is the most recent example. A logical question arises, why... "such a successful company" does not find it appropriate to share 13. pay and settle the obligations according to the budget, but asks for payment in installments. The deplorable state of most buildings and equipment of the Post Office throughout Montenegro best speaks of the "high quality of modernization and adaptation" thereof. But it should not be surprising, considering that it is being done without valid projects, supervision, even with questionable contractors. Finally, you acknowledge the first credit liability of the Post Office in the amount of 1.868.755,22 euros. But this 2023. year, and not as you had planned in 2022. years. You will realize in time that the year of indebtedness is not important. Gentlemen, why don't you state what the main argument was for obtaining the approval of the Government, for taking a loan in order to purchase the Central Integrated Information System and why it did not start on 1. January of this year as you categorically and proudly claimed. Has the implemented IS produced the expected results? Why did the independent auditor state this year too, that double-entry bookkeeping is still not conducted through the "million-dollar" IS, which is justified at most with the possibility of obtaining real data for the universal service. In addition to the loan (EUR 1.868.755,22), it would be correct if you also stated EUR 5.800.000 taken from the accounts of the Post Office in 2021. the year you deposited the signatures. Only these two figures exceed a "paltry" 7.600.000 euros. Where's the money? Workers asked you during the recent strike. I'm not asking you, I'm doubting you. And doubt is the path to truth, much more successful than 'a wide range of feelings,' said Sjekloća.
