One of the largest investments in Budva's area improvement program for this year, totaling 17 million euros, is the construction of four streets in the Šipkov karš settlement, for which two million euros will be given from the city treasury. As written in the program, it is about the construction of roads S-2, S-3, S-4, S-5 within the Detailed Urban Plan "Šipkov Krs".

"Tara gradnja" submitted a joint offer with the subcontractors, the companies "Navstar 7" DOO Nikšić, and the Budva companies "Oliver ing", "Electro team" and "Carat".

The estimated value of that public procurement without VAT is 1,6 million euros, while the offer of "Tara gradnja" with subcontractors amounted to 1.572.278 euros without VAT.

As written in the decision, all five business entities and their executive directors were not convicted by a final judgment for a criminal offense, and they also declared that they have settled all their obligations based on taxes and contributions for pension and health insurance. However, the company "Electro team", one of the subcontractors, is under suspicion of the Podgorica Basic Prosecutor's Office for tax evasion.

Namely, at the beginning of August, as the media announced at the time, the Podgorica Security Department, in cooperation with the Revenue and Customs Administration, submitted a criminal complaint to the Podgorica ODT against six individuals and three legal entities, due to the suspicion that they had committed a criminal offense - tax evasion. and contributions and thus caused damage to the state budget of almost one million euros, and among them was Jelena Milović, authorized person in the legal entity Electro team.

"These persons are suspected of having committed the criminal offense of tax evasion and tax evasion, thereby obtaining an illegal financial benefit and causing damage to the state budget of Montenegro for the amount of tax evasion of 972.350 euros.
