DPS: Solar construction became a loser due to party recruitment

The Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) announced that the company EPCG Solar gradnja became a loser due to party employment, although it was presented as a profitable company.

"The statement of the relevant minister, Saša Mujović, that the company EPCG Solar gradnja 'has debts of around two million euros' and therefore operates at a loss, debunked and unmasked numerous populist announcements and allegations that we heard from that company, as well as from the company of its founder, Elektroprivreda Crna Gore, that Solar gradnja will be, as it already is, one of the more profitable companies in Montenegro. Let's recall that a few months ago the spokeswoman of that company, Iva Čukić, misled the public by stating that the company is profitable, that 'we should not worry about sustainability of the company because it is on its own two feet.'' In addition, we remind you of the statement of Milutin Đukanović, President of the Board of Directors of Elektroprivreda (EPCG), and a high-ranking official of the former Democratic Front, about the business condition of Solar Construction: 'as of June 30.06.2023, 100.000, stated is a profit of XNUMX euros, which means that EPCG Solar construction has a perspective,'' states DPS.

Despite these allegations and the presentation of Solar construction as a successful and sustainable enterprise, which will eventually generate millions of revenues, adds DPS, "we have convinced ourselves that this is a loser" who, "it is quite certain, will end up on the black list as such in the near future." of tax debtors in Montenegro".

"As we claimed from the beginning, this company was formed in order to embezzle party officials, activists, members of immediate and wider relatives of the Democratic Front, URE, Democrats, but also other parties of the 30th of August majority. The formation of this company and the abuses that took place in to her and brought her to the position of a loser is a question of criminal responsibility. We call on the competent authorities to open a case related to this case, as well as to the planned collapse and collapse of numerous state-owned enterprises, especially in the field of energy, which turned from successful companies into losers, after August 2020, XNUMX," the announcement concludes.
