The statement adds that the bankruptcy administrator Miloš Popović submitted a request for dismissal to that court due to personal, family and objective reasons.
"The objective reasons given by this bankruptcy trustee are that he performs the function of bankruptcy trustee in several complex bankruptcy cases, namely: Radoje Dakić AD Podgorica in bankruptcy, Solana Bajo Sekulić AD Ulcinj in bankruptcy, PZU Opšta Bolnica Meljine AD Herceg Novi in bankruptcy, Nivel Invest DOO Budva in bankruptcy and Mašinopromet spare parts AD Podgorica in bankruptcy, as well as the function of representative of the bankruptcy estate in Jadransko Brodogradilište AD Bijela - Herceg Novi in bankruptcy and Pro Valex AD Podgorica in bankruptcy. In the fact that the seat of the bankruptcy debtor is "Vektra Jakić" DOO Pljevlja in the northern part of Montenegro, that the complexity of the aforementioned case requires staying and working at the bankruptcy debtor's headquarters, and that the bankruptcy trustee Miloš Popović acts in several complex cases in Podgorica and the southern part of Montenegro, he appreciated that he is objectively and physically unable to properly perform the function of bankruptcy trustee in the bankruptcy proceedings over "Vektra Jakić" DOO Pljevlja in bankruptcy," the announcement reads.
