The relevant minister Saša Mujović informed the representatives of the Association of Managers (AMM) about the situation in the energy and mining sector, as well as the planned reforms in terms of raising the quality of management in companies under the jurisdiction of this Ministry, the institution announced.
"The President of the Association of Managers of Montenegro, Budimir Raičković, pointed out that the energy sector and companies operating in this area are of particular importance, not only for citizens, but also for the entire economy. That is why the Association monitors the situation in this sector with special attention and supports all steps aimed at quality management, professionalization and use of resources of the sector, which represents one of the pillars and potential of the economic development of Montenegro," the announcement states.
"Minister Mujović gave an extremely positive assessment of the Association of Managers' decade-long commitment to raising leadership and managerial skills, both in the private and public sectors, and emphasized that he sees AMM as an umbrella management and leadership organization as an extremely important partner in the Ministry. He believes that this the organization can provide significant contribution and assistance, especially in the field of management and expertise for the ambitious plans that our country has in the field of energy," it added.
"The interlocutors agreed that the communication between the Ministry and the AMM should be strengthened and improved, as well as that the activities that could be implemented jointly should be considered as soon as possible," the announcement concludes.
