The bankruptcy administration of Vektra Montenegro announced a new advertisement for the sale of part of the company's assets, at a total starting price of 13,02 million euros.
Real estate in Budva, i.e. land and buildings, is offered for sale at a total starting price of nine million euros.
A pasture is offered for sale in Donja Gorica at a starting price of 1,52 million euros.
In Pljevlja, commercial buildings and land and forests are for sale, at a total starting price of 2,38 million euros, and in Podgorica, barren land and the ruins of an old building are for 120 euros.
The sale is carried out by public collection of written offers to the address of the Commercial Court, which must arrive no later than February 28 at 13 p.m.
Their opening is scheduled a day later at 11 a.m. in the premises of the Commercial Court.
All companies and individuals who, according to the current regulations of Montenegro, have the right to purchase real estate and who timely submit an appropriate offer and pay the stipulated deposit, have the right to participate in the public tender.
Bidders are required to pay a deposit in the amount of four percent of the starting price.
The bankruptcy administrator will make a decision on the selection of the most favorable bidder no later than eight days after the public opening of bids.
The property of the debtor, which is the subject of sale, can be viewed every working day during the duration of the advertisement, from 14 am to XNUMX pm, with prior notification to the bankruptcy administrator.
Bankruptcy in Vektra Montenegro was opened at the beginning of 2021 at the request of NLB Interfinanz banka.
