Nebojsa Juskovic who was a candidate of the Coalition "For the Future of Montenegro" for a member of the Council of the Civil Aviation Agency (CAA), yesterday asked the National Security Agency (CAA) to inform him whether measures were being taken to collect data on him. At the same time, it is from the Vice-President of the Government and the President of the Government Commission for Personnel and Administrative Issues Srdje Pavićević asked for information about who requested it and on what grounds.
Jušković sought the information under the Law on Free Access to Information (SPI). He forwarded the letters to ANB and Pavićević to "Vijesti".
From the DNP, which in the coalition "For the future of Montenegro" received this seat, "Vijesta" was officially told the day before yesterday that it is true that their proposal for the member of the ACV was Nebojsa Jušković.
"But we received information from the Government Commission that he did not pass the security checks and that we should propose another candidate, which we did," stated the party whose president Milan Knezevic, but it was not specified who asked for the assessment, whether he received it and what it showed.
At the proposal of the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs, the Commission determined the list of candidates for the CAA Council Dženan Kolic (president) and members Velibor Mrdak, Vesko Knezevic, Ivana Borović i Jefto Bojović.
DNP proposed Vesko Knežević instead of Jušković.
"I am turning to you with a request to inform me whether measures have been taken to collect data about me and whether ANB keeps records of my personal data, and if so, to provide me with documents on the collected data in accordance with the Act on STIs," Jušković states in a letter to ANB. - in.
In the letter to Pavićević, it is stated that information is requested under SPI, bearing in mind that "the DNP's proposal to appoint me as a member of the Council was rejected with the explanation that I did not pass the security assessment.
"This is especially so if one takes into account the fact that during the appointment of the president and members of the CAA Council, in accordance with the Law on Air Transport and the CAA statute, as one of the conditions, a candidate's safety assessment is not required, but a citizen of Montenegro who has a university degree in traffic can be appointed. , technical, legal or economic profession and at least five years of work experience", stated Jušković.
The only limitation, as written in the letter, is that the president and members of the CAA Council must not have a conflict of interest, i.e. they cannot be persons who are employed or are owners and co-owners or members of the management body of legal entities that perform business in the field of aviation. traffic, and that the president and members of the ACV Council submit a statement about it.
"Taking into account the above, I demand that you provide me immediately, without delay, by whom and on what basis the security assessment was requested, if legal regulations are taken into account. I emphasize that by this kind of action, that is, by the inaction of the competent authorities, harm is caused to me by endangering human rights and the right to work as one of the basic human rights", stated Jušković.
