The manager of the year in large companies, according to the decision of the Management Board of the Association of Managers (AMM), is the executive director of the company One Montenegro, Branko Mitrović.
The Board of Directors, on the proposal of the Presidency of AMM, which considered 91 candidacies, decided to award the most prestigious business award at the national level, which is under the institutional patronage of the Government, in 12 categories.
The manager of the year in joint-stock companies is the chairman of the board of directors of Universal Capital Bank Miloš Pavlović, the manager of the year in the field of corporate governance, founder and CEO of ETG Grupa Mladen Bajković, and the managers of the year in medium-sized companies are the CEO of AutoČačak Anđela Radoičić and the CEO of Entext Ana Radonjić.
The manager of the year in small businesses is the founder and executive director of Talija Company, Nikola Milić, and the founder and manager. representative of Yellow Event Service Kornelia Santai Nagy, manager of the year in micro enterprises is the executive director of Monte-Plod Dijana Marković, and manager of the year in companies majority owned by the state, executive director of the Montenegrin electric transmission system, Ivan Asanović.
The Young Manager of the Year is the CEO of Infinum Mladen Rakonjac, and the Entrepreneurs of the Year are the founder of Cungu & Co Ulcinj Nazif Cungu, and the founder and manager. representative of Put Gross Hasan Ramović.
The best employer in terms of children and families is the company Mtel, the institution for education and training, Faculty of Economics, University of Montenegro, and the lifetime achievement award is given to Branko Dika Kažanegra.

Candidate companies and their leaders in the past year achieved a total income of about 573 million, a net profit of 87 million, total investments of 99 million euros and employ 4,3 thousand workers.
Recording growth in income, profits, investments and employment, the winners of the award last year achieved: total income in the amount of about 278 million, net profit 63 million, invested 81 million euros and employ more than 1,5 thousand employees.
"In addition to impressive business results, business leaders and their companies for the past year were also recognized for their support of humanitarian activities, youth, sports, culture, as well as other types of socially responsible business, which the Board of Directors especially appreciated on this occasion as well," it added. in the announcement.
It is planned that the central award ceremony will be held on May 8, at the Knjaz Estate in Podgorica.
