The consortiums "Universal Energy" (China), "Energy & Industrial Management Advisory Services" (Czech Republic) and "Neksan" (Montenegro), as well as "Kvalitets Bygg-Uber Nordic" from Sweden, which submitted offers for the lease of the Željezara plant and Kovačnica) will no longer participate in this competition, it was confirmed to "Vijesta" in Elektroprivreda (EPCG).
It was explained that the reasons for this are that these potential investors asked for certain conditions that could not be met, and that for the time being, the Swiss company "8B Capital SA" remains the bidder with whom the talks will continue.
