The Directorate for Forest and Hunting Management has announced an invitation to participate in a public tender for the auction sale of wood in a deep condition, i.e. sanitary felling.
The subject of the auction is the sale of wood in deep condition - sanitary felling this year, in Pljevlje, Andrijevica, Berane, Plav, Plužine, Žabljak, Gusinje, Kolašin, Petnjica, Mojkovac and Rožaje, by farm units, departments, species, quantity and starting prices , which are presented in the invitation tables, which is published on the website of the Administration.
"Namely, the subject of sale within this invitation will be a total of 79 sections, with a total gross wood volume of 21,43 thousand cubic meters," the announcement states.
The invitation to participate in the public tender for the auction sale of wood in a deep state, i.e. sanitary felling, is open to those companies that meet the general and other conditions stipulated in the invitation. "The sale of wood in a deep condition - sanitary felling for this year, will be carried out by department, by public oral bidding in the premises of the Directorate for Forest and Hunting Management-Pljevlja, on April 8, starting at 11 a.m.," the announcement states. All companies that pay a deposit in the amount of 20 percent of the initial cost price of the wood for the departments they apply for and apply for participation in the public bidding have the right to participate in the public bidding. "Payment of the cash deposit will be made at the cash desk of the Pljevlja Forest and Hunting Management Administration, every working day from 15:8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., ending with April 15, until 1561:XNUMX a.m., for which a proof of payment will be issued," the announcement states. The application for participation in the public tender and the proof of the payment of the deposit shall be submitted directly to the archives of the Directorate for Forestry and Hunting Management, no later than April XNUMX at XNUMX:XNUMX a.m. The application form for participating in the public tender can be downloaded from the Administration, every working day from XNUMX:XNUMX a.m. to XNUMX:XNUMX p.m., as well as on the website www.upravazasume.me. public bidding. Each department represents a separate contract. In addition to the use of the forest, the buyer is obliged to carry out work on the maintenance and construction of forest roads and their passability for the sections that he gets to use, at his own expense, in accordance with the planning documents and the law, including exercising the right to access those sections", it is stated in announcement. The customer is obliged to leave the forest roads used for the transport of goods at least in the condition they were in before use. The deadline for the implementation of the contract is three months from the date of conclusion of the contract. Payment of the contractual obligations from the contract on the purchase and sale of the property in question will be made in three monthly installments.
