Biogradska Gora National Park (NP) will be open to visitors from tomorrow (Saturday).
"Visitors will be able to enjoy a walk along the educational path around Lake Biograd and learn more about the wealth of flora and fauna in the Visitor Center and buy authentic souvenirs in the souvenir shop," announced the company National Parks of Montenegro (NPCG).
Boating and kayaking will be organized according to weather conditions.
"All visitors are asked to carefully plan their stay in the park and strictly adhere to the rules of the internal order and use only the marked paths. Given that the park opens earlier due to favorable weather conditions, we appeal to extra caution. Bearing in mind that it is early spring, it is possible that the terrain in certain parts of the park is slippery," NPCG said.
The price of a daily ticket to Biogradska gora National Park is four euros per person, while children under 15 and people with disabilities do not pay an entrance fee to national parks.
An annual ticket for all five national parks is available at a price of 13,5 euros and includes an unlimited number of visits during the calendar year.
Visitors can buy it at the checkpoints at the entrance to the parks, at the NPCG administration in Podgorica, as well as online at www.nparkovi.me.
