The selected offer for the creation of a conceptual solution for crossing roads

The conceptual design of the intersection of the Bar-Boljara highway with the Adriatic-Ionian highway and the high-speed road will be developed by the companies "DB Inženjering" from Belgrade, "MHM-Projekt" from Novi Sad and the subcontractor "Geoprojekt" from Podgorica, after they are on the tender which is at the end of last year, Monteput put out the best offer.

The Monteputa state company officially told "Vijesta" that the conclusion of this contract is in progress. The tender for the crossing was announced on December 27, 2023 and lasted until February 9 this year, and according to data from the Montenegrin electronic public procurement system (CeJN), the most favorable offer is 149,5 thousand euros without VAT.

"After the expiry of the appeal deadline, the contract conclusion procedure was initiated, so that document, when it is signed, will be available to the public on CeJN. The importance of the tender is exceptional because its announcement aims to define unique corridors of the main traffic routes, thus improving the traffic infrastructure as the basis of the economic development of the country. The project is very important for Montenegro, because it represents a key step towards the modernization and integration of the transport network as part of the planned European corridors", they pointed out from Monteput.

They added that they had been preparing the tender and the project assignment for a long period of time, and that they had also received offers from the Podgorica company "Put-inženjering" and the subcontractor "Mi", as well as the Kolasin company "Viamont" and the subcontractor "Geotehnika" from Bijelo Polje. . They explained that these companies were excluded from the procedure in accordance with Article 108 paragraph 1 point 5 of the Law on Public Procurement (PPL).

"The ordering party will exclude the business entity from the public procurement procedure if it determines that it has not submitted the statement of the business entity or the submitted statement does not contain the information and data required by the tender documentation or is incorrectly prepared," this article of the Public Procurement Law states.

When it comes to the tender for the preparation of the conceptual solution for crossing the Bay of Kotor, which "Monteput" announced on February 7 and which is worth 150 euros without VAT, this company stated that they cannot provide information about the procedure until the decision is made. except for those published on CeJN. This high-speed road will go from the border with Croatia through the hinterland of Herceg Novi and the Bay of Kotor to Budva. The beginning of the high-speed road is in the Debeli Brije area, then through the hinterland of Herceg Novi it ​​reaches Tivat or Kotor, and connects to a section whose corridor is unique from the zone Bratešič to Budva.
