Workers' representative Žarko Mazalica He told "Vijesta" that he is the owner of their company Dragan Brkovic remained in debt from 15 to 20 wages, without their work experience being connected for five years.
In the company "Vektra Jakić", production was stopped on December 12, 2018, when the employees were referred to the Labor Bureau.
The Commercial Court opened bankruptcy proceedings on December 26 last year. Bankruptcy was introduced at the proposal of the Revenue and Customs Administration, due to tax and concession debt.
About 150 workers are waiting for the payment of back wages and the connection of seniority, and in total they have reported more than 300.000 euros in claims.
The total reported claims exceeded 150 million euros, with OTP Bank claiming the most for almost 113 million euros.
Since the introduction of bankruptcy, three bankruptcy trustees have been changed, which, according to Mazalica, is symptomatic, especially after the bankruptcy trustee's latest attempt to hire Brković as a property custodian.
Recently, the Commercial Court annulled its earlier decision by which it accepted the request of the bankruptcy trustee "Vektra Jakić" to pay him 30.000 euros from the court's deposit for temporary compensation for the costs of the bankruptcy proceedings, as well as to hire Brković to manage the administrative part of the business for 1.000 euros per month. bankruptcy proceedings.
"We are disappointed with the events in Vektra Jakić and the way the bankruptcy is being conducted," said Mazalica.
He assessed that the government Duško Marković i Dritan Abazović they did nothing to solve the problem.

We call on all deputies in the Assembly who are allowed to mention Brković to solve the issue of Vektra Jakić.
