Citizens should not fear for their pensions, announced the Prime Minister of Montenegro Milojko Spajić.
"It will not run away, it will be paid out regularly. When the health contributions stopped being paid, the medicines did not stop. The health budget has never been bigger," said Spajić at today's media conference in the Government, answering a question from Television Vijesti.
The Prime Minister pointed out that the public will be informed in a timely manner how much the pension contribution will be corrected.
He added that the correction of pension contributions for citizens has no effect.
Finance Minister Novica Vuković said four days ago in an interview for Voice of America that the implementation of the "Europe Now 2" program began at the beginning of the year with the increase of pensions in Montenegro, and that the correction of pension contributions and the reform of the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund are planned for the next period.
