Today, representatives of the ministry held a meeting with representatives of the dairy sector (primary producers and processors), and the topic was the restriction of the purchase of raw milk during the holiday period.
"After the meeting, Minister Vladimir Joković spoke with the Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Staša Košarc. It was agreed to buy 250,000 liters of milk and export it to Bosnia and Herzegovina," they announced. from the Ministry.
Domestic dairies "Srna", "Lazine", "Nika" and "Drezga" have announced that they will stop buying milk from May 1 to 5, because they have surpluses of raw milk and finished products due to reduced demand, religious fasting and Ramadan.
