In Montenegro, in the first quarter of this year, 99 construction permits and work applications were issued, according to Monstat's preliminary data.
"Out of the total number of issued building permits and work reports, 72 pertain to citizens, and 27 pertain to companies," the announcement states.
If we look at the total number of apartments and their area, according to the issued work reports, the construction of 398 apartments with a total area of 28,77 thousand square meters is planned in the first quarter.
