The Regulatory Agency for Energy (RAE) accepted the request of the company "Njeguš" from Cetinje for the revocation of the license for carrying out the activity of transporting petroleum products by road means of transport.
The RAE board made the decision to approve the request and revoke the license at its session on June 22.
According to the RAE website, the company "Njeguš" submitted the request on June 9.
The RAE told the Mina Business agency that they issued a license to the company Njeguš on May 12, 2011, valid until May 11, 2021, which included two means of transport.
"Njeguš Cetinje filed a request to revoke the license, which states that both vehicles owned by that company were sold to the company Samcommerc from Tivat, as well as that the Cetinje company no longer intends to deal with the transportation of petroleum products," the explanation of the decision states. .
Upon inspection of RAE's business books, it was determined that the obligations to pay the annual license fee have been settled.
