In the last two and a half months, public executor Vladimir Vujotić did not sell the assets of the company "Cijevna commerce", so the debt for loans was not further reduced, due to the collection of which the Investment Development Fund (IRF) initiated a dispute against this company in the Commercial Court.
This was announced yesterday at a hearing in this court. The dispute was originally worth 3,8 million euros, but the debt of "Cijevna" has been reduced so far, because the executor Vujotić sold the assets of this private company.
At the end of May, IRF told "Vijesta" that the debt of "Cijevna", which is owned by the family of businessman Danilo Petrović, is 696 thousand euros, while the debts of their other company "Montenegro Premier" amount to 512 thousand euros.
At the hearing, IRF lawyer Dmitirije Saranović repeated the earlier request to adopt the proposal for execution, so that the state institution could collect the rest of the debt. He also added that he will specify this proposal in the debt section with a submission. "Cijevne commerce" lawyer Danica Radulović stressed that they remain with their previous position and are asking for the rejection of the proposal for execution, while they will later comment on the submission. Judge Radmila Perović scheduled the continuation of the dispute for September 19.
At the end of May last year, the IRF initiated a dispute in the Commercial Court against the company "Cijevna Commerce", in order to collect loans from the property of this company that were not returned to the fund. The loans were given to other companies owned by this businessman's family, namely the companies "Cijevna komerc" and "Montenegro premier". As the IRF previously told "Vijesta", the pledged movables - vehicles, were issued as one of the collaterals for the loans given to these two companies, and the execution procedure was initiated after the termination of the loan agreement and the maturity of all the obligations of the companies.
The IRF told "Vijesta" that 8 million euros were collected from the last sale of the property of "Cijevna commerce" on April 1,08.
"In the period from the termination of the loan agreement, through the sale of part of the mortgage, the IRF collected 1.697.539 euros from the company "Cijevna komerc" and the related company "Montenegro Premier" in the amount of 1.247.476 euros, which makes a total sum of 2.945.016,39, XNUMX euros", emphasized the IRF.
