The Ministry of Finance and the Montenegrin Academy of Sciences and Arts signed an agreement on cooperation.
"Improving communication and cooperation, as well as joint activities, significantly affects the realization of the role and goals of state bodies, organizations and institutions, and thus contributes to the overall progress of Montenegro", it was said during the signing of the agreement, as announced by the ministry.
The agreement was signed at the Montenegrin Academy of Sciences and Arts by Minister of Finance Novica Vuković and the President of CANU, Academician Dragan K. Vukčević.
"The aforementioned Agreement established a common interest in cooperation related to: improving knowledge and scientific research and development capacities of Montenegro; work on the Lexicon of Finance and Banking and other lexicographic and encyclopedic projects, as well as publications in the field of finance and banking; holding joint thematic gatherings , round tables and tribunes on issues of importance for the development of Montenegro; promotion of jointly published publications, organization of exhibitions and other activities that realize the activities and goals of the signatories of the Agreement", it is added.
As announced, the signing of the agreement is a confirmation of the long-standing high-quality and exemplary cooperation between the two institutions.
"It was jointly concluded that the agreement will further strengthen joint efforts to improve scientific and research capacities, contributing to the further development of the educational system and Montenegrin society as a whole," the announcement concludes.
