Serbian businessman Radovan Milojević, owner of the company "Stublina", traded a plot of two and a half thousand square meters on the Vičić promenade near the former hotel "Naftagas" from the British offshore company "Fifth avenue investments limited", which is connected to the fugitive head of the Budva criminal organization group Svetozar Marović and his former advisor Olivera Ilinčić.
This is confirmed by the real estate sheet that "Vijesti" had access to, and in which the company "Stublina" has been officially listed as the owner of the attractive plot since June 26.
The plot was purchased, in all probability, for four million euros, which is the amount of the bank's mortgage in the name of the debt of the company "Stublina".
"Lien - mortgage and order in the amount of 4.000.000 with a repayment term of 120 months in favor of NLB banka ASd Podgorica with a record of the prohibition of alienation and encumbrance of immovable property without the written consent of the mortgage creditor", it is written in the cadastral records as an encumbrance on the plot.
The company "Stublina", as written in the Central Register, was founded by a company of the same name from Stojnik near Arandjelovac, and Milojević is the executive director.
Thus, the company "Fifth avenue investments limited", which was controlled by the former business duo Marović - Ilinčić, and which was under investigation by the Special State Prosecutor's Office for many years, no longer has property in Bečići. Recently, the plot near Svetog Toma, about a hundred meters away from the now sold plot, passed into the hands of the British company "Luss investments LP", Belgrade businessman Zoran Mitrović. This made it possible to sell plots at "Naftagas".
Milojević, a well-known Serbian businessman from Stojnik near Araneđolovac, who started a business in Serbia 30 years ago and built a company that is a leader in the production of articles in the field of fittings for aluminum carpentry, has expanded his tourism business in Montenegro, i.e. in Budva.
Namely, a few years ago, his company built the luxury hotel "Katamare", run by the daughter company "Stublina hotel group", right next to the newly purchased plot on which the construction of hotel facilities was planned.
The fact that Milojević is no stranger to the tourist business is also evidenced by the fact that he bought the hotels that formed the backbone of tourism in Bukovička banja and Arandjelovac, "Staro Zdanje" and "Šumadija".
The sale of the plot in Bečići took place after "Fifth avenue investments" settled its tax liability towards the Municipality of Budva after a decade at the beginning of the year. Allegedly, EUR 250 was settled in the name of real estate tax, but "Vijesti" was never told by the Municipality whether the interest was paid, and whether the company associated with Marović was forgiven part of the debt due to the statute of limitations.
After the Municipality expressly asked the Budva cadastre to delete the mortgages from two plots in Bečići, which were freed from encumbrances, a one-story office building of 700 square meters in the center of Sveti Stefan, which once housed the restaurant "Golubinj", was also unblocked. which was also under the "paw" of the local administration.
After that, "Fifth avenue" was left without property and the owners of the attractive plots, on which a multi-story building was drawn on the foam of the sea, became Serbian businessmen.
Three years ago, "Fifth avenue" submitted a request to the Municipality of Budva, i.e. to the then chief city architect, for approval of the conceptual solutions for the construction of towers on two plots in Bečići.
The then chief city architect, Vladan Stevović, refused to give the green light to build two towers of 10 and 12 floors on the plot near St. floors, with 142 accommodation units.
Milojević: I don't know Marović and Ilinčić
Milojević told "Vijesti" that he does not know Marović and Ilinčić.
"It is true that we bought a plot of land on the Vičić promenade near the former Naftagas hotel, but I am not aware that Svetozar Marović and Olivera Ilinčić had any connection or ownership of the aforementioned company, and I have never met or met them. the plot of the mentioned persons was not mentioned. We did not do the chronology of the registration of the seller's ownership of the plot because there was no need for it," said Milojević.
He said that the plot was purchased for the stated amount with the support of a local commercial bank, and that the contract is transparent and available to all competent institutions.
"We plan to expand our business and hotel capacities, in accordance with the urban planning parameters for the location in question," said Milojević.
