The Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare announced that they have established the Directorate for Social Dialogue and Collective Bargaining.
They state that this was done in order to "strengthen social dialogue, respecting the principle of tripartite negotiation and making decisions based on constructive dialogue".
"Keeping in mind that social dialogue is one of the key segments that needs to be strengthened, which is also recognized through the negotiation chapter 19 - Social policy and employment, which is coordinated by this body, we have opened two e-mail addresses for direct contact with social partners, : sindikati@mrs.gov.me and employers@mrs.gov.me, in order to ensure better communication and transparency in work.Also, in the coming days, MRSS will provide a telephone line for social partners, all with the aim of achieving the best possible social dialogue, in order to make decisions to the satisfaction of all citizens in the future", the announcement states.
