At the first session, the government should replace the executive director of "To Montenegro" Mark Anjur due to poor work results, it was confirmed by "News" from several sources familiar with the events of the national airline.
According to unofficial information "Vijesti" will be appointed acting director of the company Vukadin Stojanović, who is now a member of the Board of Directors.
"Along with the dismissal of Anžur, a new Board of Directors should also be appointed", says the source of "Vijesti".
Mark Anžur, presented as an expert from Slovenia, was appointed at the beginning of May last year as the executive director of "To Montenegro", but the employment contract stipulates that he can be dismissed, among other things, by a unilateral decision of the company, without giving reasons.
According to the employment contract, Marko Anžur's net salary amounted to 3.500 euros per month, increased by an adequate percentage related to past work experience, and in addition, he had an annual bonus in the amount of four monthly net contracted salaries (14.000 euros) in case of positive EBITDA ( result before taxes and depreciation).
According to the contract, he also received a monthly allowance of 1.000 euros to cover the costs of the apartment and living separately, and according to the company's regulations, he had the right to use an official vehicle, a telephone, and an official bank card.
Anžur has the right to increased salary, salary compensation and other income based on work in accordance with the law and the General Collective Agreement.
Anžur started gaining experience in aviation in April 2012, when he became the chief commercial officer at the Slovenian airline "Adria Airways". In December of the same year, he became the executive director and chairman of the board of directors of that company, where he remained until March 2016. The company was officially declared bankrupt in September 2019.
After leaving "Adria", Anžur was a manager or consultant in the companies "Stobart Air", "Stobart Air Holdings" and "UNEX Management Consulting" from Hamburg, which deals with aviation consulting, where he works now and where his position is listed as a partner. Last year, in line with the general global trend of recovery of the aviation industry, the state-owned airline made a profit of 3,4 million euros, while the year before it had a loss of 2,4 million euros. The accumulated loss from the first two years of operation of 7,3 million euros at the end of last year was reduced to 3,9 million.
The company should have achieved an even better result last year, if it had not happened, as was subsequently determined, the illegal allocation of lines from Podgorica to Istanbul to the Turkish low-cost carrier "Pegasus", which was done by the Ministry of Capital Investments when the minister was Ervin Ibrahimovic.
Before that, this line was one of the most profitable for the state-owned airline. According to unofficial information from "Vijesti", the direct damage caused to him through the reduction of profits was estimated at at least 2,8 million euros.
At the end of last year, the government appointed "To Montenegro" to the Board of Directors Tihomir Dragaš, Mitra Sušić, To Aleksandr Gardašević Slavuljica, Danil Popović and Vukadin Stojanović.
