EPCG Solar gradnja terminated the contract on business and technical cooperation with Kaldera.
Yesterday, the Ministry of Energy and Mining sent a letter to EPCG Solar Construction to consider terminating the contract with the company, which is linked to the blacklist of the United States of America.
The Ministry of Energy and Mining announced yesterday that EPCG Solar gradnja and the Montenegrin Electric Distribution System (CEDIS) did not inform them that these are companies associated with the president of the Bosnian entity Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik.
"According to the reality, the management of the company has decided to terminate the contract on business and technical cooperation with the company Caldera. This decision was made so that our company would not endanger its business in any way, because we are aware of the risks that come with the sanctions of the State Department. Our the company wants to develop and not go down the path of stagnation, because as a business entity we have responsibility for hundreds of employees, so we do not want to jeopardize our financial stability in any way," EPCG Solar gradnja said in a statement.
They add that in the future they will continue to position themselves on the European market.
"Which is one of the postulates that was agreed with the Ministry of Energy and Mining and that we will implement together with the relevant minister, so that the company expands its operations, which in the future will bring benefits to the employees, EPCG Solar construction and the state to which we properly settle all obligations. We hope that the situation in our region, Europe and the world will normalize and that the cooperation of companies engaged in similar activities will be possible without restrictions, because the very postulates of the EU are such that the markets are integrated and that the Balkans in the future, according to the European agenda, will be a single economic space", it was announced.
They remain, as it is added, committed to the green energy revolution, which they pioneered in this part of Europe...
