The New Serbian Democracy (NSD) is part of the parliamentary majority and will vote for the fiscal strategy, because that is also part of our coalition agreement, said Dejan Đurović, a member of this parliamentary group, to "News".
He announced this in front of the Government building, on the eve of the presentation of the fiscal strategy, and he repeated this position at the conference organized on that occasion. According to the fiscal strategy, the minimum salary of 450 euros should be increased to 600 euros for employees who have completed high school and to 800 euros for those who have a university degree.
"We are satisfied with what we have done and what has been proposed. You will see for yourself the salary increase to 800 euros for university students and 600 euros for high school students, that is part of our coalition agreement that was reached by the parliamentary majority. This will be only one of the parts in which to improve the lives of the citizens of Montenegro, and the improvement of life and better conditions and entry into the European Union in 2028, are the priorities and the reason why we signed the coalition agreement and became the parliamentary majority and soon part of the Government", stressed MP Đurović.
Đurović also stated that the continuation of the fight against organized crime and corruption is still a priority, not only for the coalition agreement, but also for the actions of the Government, which, as he said, will soon be improved in quality and much more weighted.
Support for the strategy was also announced by the Democratic People's Party (DNP), which was confirmed by Maja Vukićević, a deputy of that party. The document will also receive a green light from the Democrats, as confirmed by their MP Zdenka Popović.
"We got what we asked for," Popović stated at the conference.
MP Slađana Kaluđerović of the Socialist People's Party announced that the government can count on their support, and the same could be heard from CIVIS MP Maja Vučelić.
"What makes me happy is that the focus is on those who are the most vulnerable," Kaluđerović pointed out.
