Rudnik uglja (RUP) has announced a tender for the purchase of one excavator and one dumper, the total value of which is EUR 2,5 million, of which VAT is EUR 523 thousand.
The tender was announced in two lots, where the first is the procurement of excavators (1,2 million), and the second is the procurement of dump trucks (1,3 million).
The tender stated that within seven days of the conclusion of the contract for the procurement of dump trucks, Rudnik will pay an advance payment to the selected bidder in the amount of 20% of the contracted value, and the remaining part of the contracted value in six equal monthly installments, so that the first installment is due in 30 days after the delivery of the excavator and the mutual signing of the Record of Handover, and every subsequent one in equal time intervals of 30 days, until the payment of the full agreed price.
For the dump truck, Rudnik will pay an advance payment to the selected bidder in the amount of 20% of the agreed value within five days from the date of the contract, and the remaining part of the agreed value in six equal monthly installments, in such a way that the first installment is due 30 days after delivery of the dumper and mutual signature of the record of handover, and each subsequent one in equal time intervals of 30 days, until the payment of the full agreed price.
The bidder is obliged to submit in the bid a statement that, upon delivery, he will submit the warranty card for the delivered excavator and dump truck, as well as the manufacturer's quality certificate.
"The bidder is obliged to submit in the bid a statement from the manufacturer, manufacturer's representative or authorized distributor of the manufacturer that spare parts and service services for the excavator and dump truck will be available for a minimum of 10 years after the expiration of the warranty period," the tender documents state.
Applications can be submitted until August 15, when they will be opened.
