Nikola Tripković, Director of the Investment and Development Fund of Montenegro, was elected today as the President of the Board of Directors of the company "13. Jul - Plantaže". As announced by this company, the constitutive session of the new convocation of the Board of Directors was held today, and Tripković was elected unanimously, while Darko Rašović was elected as his deputy.
Other members of the Board appointed by the Shareholders' Assembly are Ivana Cvijović, Milan Drakić (in front of the Investment and Development Fund), Boris Boričić (PIO Fund), Stevan Raičević (Employment Institute) and Nikola Perišić (Montenegro Commercial Bank).
"I thank you for the trust shown and I believe that with the joint efforts and full commitment of all members of the Board, we will succeed in improving the company's operations and ensure the further recovery of one of the most important Montenegrin brands, to the satisfaction of all shareholders, employees and consumers," said Tripković after was elected president of the Board of Directors, according to the announcement.
