Monteput has announced a tender for the supervision of the preparation of project documentation and the execution of works on the construction of the Bar-Boljare highway, the Mateševo - Andrijevica section.
As announced from Monteput, the tender conditions are aligned with the EBRD procurement rules and policies.
"The goal of the public call is to engage an experienced supervisory authority over the design and execution of works, which include all associated facilities, contract administration and project management in accordance with FIDIC conditions and legal regulations of Montenegro. Design supervision includes constant review and monitoring of the development of the Main Project and other project documentation during the entire design process, the active participation of engineers in the communication of possible comments on the submitted technical solutions, and the constant control of compliance of all parts of the Main Project and other project documentation with the requirements of the investor and the Project Task for the preparation of the Main Project the progress of the development of the Main Project with the Program of Works and the obligation of supervision cooperation with the State Audit Commission", the announcement states.
It is added that supervision of works means daily supervision and quality control of performed works by the Contractor in accordance with the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Buildings and the Rulebook on the Method of Professional Supervision of a Complex Engineering Facility.
"The construction of the Bar-Boljare highway, Mateševo - Andrijevica section, with a total length of about 22 km, is a strategic project of importance for the development of Montenegro. The project is partially financed from loans, secured grants and the capital budget of Montenegro," the announcement reads.
