From the "scruffy and poor" statement of the councilor in the Bar Municipality Assembly and Democrat MP, Momcilo Leković, it is obvious that this politically frivolous group does not care that they have brought the state and almost all the local administrations in which they exercise power to the brink of the abyss and powerlessness, so now they would thus applied the guidelines of their policy in Bar, a city that is an example of successful management and development by the local government.
This was announced by Asim Andrić, the president of the Club of Councilors of the Democratic Party of Socialists in the Assembly of the Municipality of Bar in response to yesterday's Leković
He also said that they are glad that it was Leković who admitted that the Municipality of Bar is a financially potent local government and that it exceeded the planned amount of receipts, which, as they constantly claim, is the result of diligent and responsible management by the people who exercise power in Bar. He thanked Leković for those praises, because they have special weight and importance when they come from the political opposition in the Bar to which he belongs.
"Regarding the realization of projects in Bar, you know very well that the projects you characterize as state are not only state, but also municipal, because the Municipality of Bar was the initiator and co-financier of the realization of all these projects - from the Square in Sutomor, the Day Center, the road through Sutorman and through Mrkojeviće, as well as gymnasiums. If it weren't for the Municipality of Bar, which financed the development of the projects and the expropriation, none of the projects would have been started," the announcement reads.
Likewise, according to Andrić, the public should be reminded that they cannot remember that Leković, as a member of parliament or as a ruling party at the state level, initiated or implemented any project in Bar, which they had the opportunity to do for four years.
"Unlike your 'paf-paf' state management platform, the consequences of which will unfortunately be suffered by generations of our descendants, the government in Bar responsibly plans the further development of this municipality. Adequate project solutions are being prepared, which are quickly implemented, from the construction projects of the Olympic swimming pool , new roads, arrangement of children's playgrounds and parks, construction of an underwater outlet and water supply network on Veliki Pijesk, reconstruction of the Mirovica-Sveti Ivan road, reconstruction of local roads in local communities in which we are currently investing millions of euros, up to the reconstruction of King Nikola's Castle and others projects that are being implemented or planned in the coming period," he said.
They understand, as stated, that Leković cannot understand what responsible government means, because for him, "responsible government" represents what we can see today in the cities where the Democrats exercise power, namely the blockades and dysfunctionality of most municipalities, starting with the capital , then via Beran, Andrijevica, Budva...
"Or when you talk about a responsible government, maybe you mean the government in which you participate today in Nikšić and Pljevlje under the baton of convinced nationalists, or maybe you mean this government at the state level led by Andrija Mandić?! In the most politically correct and collegial manner, we tell you that don't worry about Bar. Moreover, if you want good Bar, just keep your hands as far as possible from this municipality," concluded Andrić.
