The workers of the former Košuta continued their protests at the Kruševo Gorge, where they blocked the Cetinje - Podgorica road for half an hour - from 11.30:12 a.m. to XNUMX:XNUMX p.m.
Before that, they stood next to the highway with banners, calling on the Government of Montenegro to solve their problem.
As reported by RTV Cetinje, the disappointed and angry people criticized the government leaders.
One of the former employees of Košuta, Dragan Martinović, said that the Government has been silent on their demands for months.
"I think these people have no face and no conscience. Because if these people allow the former workers of Košuta to be mistreated here four times every month, and they never once addressed the workers or said that our request is being considered, that they are working on it, then I really have nothing nice to say about them," said Martinović.
The representative of the workers, Dijana Vujović, reiterated once again that she will not give up the protest, expressing the hope that some of the competent ministers from the Government will finally address them.
The former workers of Košuta observed a minute of silence in honor of their fellow citizens who died in Medovina on August 12, 2022.
The next protest of Košuta workers will be held on Monday at the same time.
