URA again proposes the law on the Stan za sve fund

Milena Vuković said that the average price per square meter of an apartment in Montenegro, according to Monstat data, is 1,82 thousand euros, which indicates a constant increase in real estate prices, as well as that they are on average 200 euros more than last year.

The URA civil movement will once again propose to the Assembly the adoption of the law on the Stan za sve fund, which should provide more favorable conditions for solving the housing issue for those who do not have their own apartment, said the vice-president of that movement, Milena Vuković.

She said that the average price per square meter of an apartment in Montenegro, according to Monstat data, is 1,82 thousand euros, which indicates a constant increase in real estate prices, as well as that they are on average 200 euros more than last year.

"This is another indicator of why the state must enable numerous citizens to get a roof over their heads on more favorable terms than those currently prevailing on the market," said Vuković.

She added that she hopes that this time the MPs in the Assembly will be guided exclusively by the interests of over 100 citizens, i.e. 40 families who have not resolved their housing issue, and not by personal and party interests, and that they will support the law.

Vuković reminded that the legal solution did not receive the necessary support in the Parliament in July, because a certain number of members of the opposition and the government, regardless of the support announced during the parliamentary discussion, decided to vote against or not to be in the hall during the vote.

"We will give them the opportunity to show again how much they really care about citizens and solving one of the most pressing problems, especially for young people in Montenegro," concluded Vuković.
