PES: Milatović diverts attention from his own inconsistencies, violations of the Constitution and inaction

The Europe Now Movement (PES) said that Jakov Milatović, whom they called "the recent president of all citizens and the new spokesperson of the opposition", by meddling in topics for which he has no constitutional competence, wants to divert attention from his own inconsistencies, violations of the Constitution and inaction.

PES responded to the question that the President of Montenegro asked the Government via the social network X why it should not reduce VAT instead of reducing contributions to PIO, which according to him would reduce prices and increase the purchasing power of all citizens. His former party said that instead of asking questions of the government and meddling in affairs for which he is not competent, they expect Milatović, as a member of the Defense Council, to begin doing his job.

"Namely, although for weeks he ignores to comment on the scandalous granting of citizenship by Abazović's Government to Kosovo businessman Ramaj, who is suspected of causing multimillion-dollar damage to the budget of Montenegro due to tax evasion, it is worrying that a total of 96 draft decisions on appointments, dismissals and promotions of officers of the Army of Montenegro , submitted by Defense Minister Dragan Krapović, Prime Minister Milojko Spajić signed all 96, while President Jakov Milatović, so far, has not signed a single decision submitted for signature.
