The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management invited all interested farmers to apply for the first public call for Measure 29 within the IPARD III program by November 1.

The financial support for this public call consists of 75 percent of funds provided through the Instrument for Pre-accession Support for Rural Development of the European Union (IPARD), according to the financial agreement for the IPARD III program 2021-2027 and 25 percent of national funds provided from the Government budget.

The amount of funds available for Measure 1 for the period of implementation of the IPARD III program 2021-2027 is 23,09 million euros, while the total amount of funds available for this public call is 12,7 million euros.

The support funds can be used for the production of agricultural and fishery products from the dairy sector (cattle, sheep and goat farming), meat (cattle, sheep, pig and poultry), egg, fruit, vegetable and crop production (cereals, mushrooms, aromatic and medicinal herbs), viticulture, olive growing, beekeeping and fisheries and aquaculture.

Support funds can be used, among other things, for the construction and reconstruction of immovable property, the acquisition or purchase of new dedicated agricultural machinery and/or equipment, including computer hardware and software up to the market value of the property and non-productive investments - related to investments to achieve agro-ecological goals .

The request for the grant of support and the necessary documentation must be submitted exclusively in a sealed envelope by registered mail to the address of the Ministry.
