Higher October earnings, higher January pension, historical results in the fight against crime and corruption are the best news and congratulations to the citizens of Montenegro, announced today Aleksa Bečić, Deputy Prime Minister, Vice President of the Government of Montenegro and President of Democratic Montenegro.
"I congratulate the citizens of Montenegro on the new set of historic laws that will enable the further strengthening of the living standards of the citizens of Montenegro. Higher October earnings, higher January pensions, historic results in the fight against crime and corruption, are the best news and congratulations to the citizens of Montenegro. Instead of humiliating salaries, pensions and old-age benefits that we had until 2020, the absence of free textbooks and child allowances, stolen benefits for mothers, humiliating benefits for new-born children, levies in the form of 'euro-by-euro' taxes, fuel taxes, failed guarantees and much more , today we witness minimum wages of 600 and 800 euros, average earnings of over 1.000 euros, minimum pensions of 450 euros, child allowances for all children, free textbooks for all primary school students, benefits for newborns from 1.000 to 2.500 euros, five times increased old-age benefits and other benefits," Bečić pointed out in a statement delivered by Democratic Montenegro.
He added that "that's why we leave divisions, pranks, vanity, unhealthy ambitions to others, we look to the future and further progress".
"That's why we continued even stronger for further economic strengthening, further destruction of crime and corruption and decisive steps towards the door of the EU", concluded Bečić.
Members of the Parliament of Montenegro voted to rebalance the budget and adopted a set of laws that are necessary for the implementation of the Fiscal Strategy and the Europe Now 2 program.
Rebalancing the budget was necessary in order to introduce new ministries into the system, which were created by the reconstruction of the Government.
