Monteput chose the offer of the company "Via Project" from Podgorica, which is worth 75.200 euros, as the most favorable in the tender for the development of a conceptual solution for a high-speed road from Podgorica to Tuzi. The goal of the section is to find the optimal route, develop this part of Montenegro and connect the highway with neighboring Albania
Thus, "Via Project" with subcontractors "Geoprojekt" and "CDS Project" will design a route about 23 kilometers long, the beginning of which is planned at the existing interchange of the highway in Smokovac, after which it will extend to interchanges in the settlements of Dinoša and Vuksanlekići in Municipality of Tuza, and end in the wider area of the Božaj border crossing.
This is written in the decision, against which the possibility of appeal expired on September 9. The tender for this job was announced at the beginning of June, it lasted a month, and its value was 97 thousand euros.
According to data from the Central Register of Business Entities (CRPS), the company "Via Project" was founded in 2007, and deals with engineering work and technical consulting. The company is registered in Podgorica, and its founder is Jovan Jovanovic.
In the documentation, it is written that when creating this route, account must be taken of the location of toll plazas, ecological aspects, existing infrastructure, the Podgorica-Skadar railway, cultural assets, religious buildings, and especially the preservation of urban and valuable rural units, religious buildings, possible archaeological location...
"This conceptual solution will serve as a basis for determining and defining a more precise position of the route, as well as making a final decision regarding the rank and profile of this road, as well as defining a more precise position of the corridor of this road in the Proposed Spatial Plan of Montenegro until 2040. In the previous period, this corridor was treated as a highway route, that is, as part of the Adriatic-Ionian highway, for which a general project was completed in 2008. With this conceptual solution, this corridor should be examined as a high-speed road," the documentation says.
The state "Monteput" previously chose the offers of the company "Via Project" as the most favorable in three tenders for the development of conceptual solutions for two sections of future high-speed roads and one future section of the highway, and the total value of these works is about 360.000 euros.
They were chosen for the high-speed road from Danilovgrad to Nikšić and from Bijelo Polje via Pljevlje to the border with Bosnia and Herzegovina, but also for the highway section from Andrijevica to Čakor (border with Kosovo). This company planned to perform these tasks with the subcontractors "GP Team", "CDS Project" and "Geo Project".
In mid-August, an appeal was filed against all these tenders through the CeJN system.
