The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and the Transport Community have room for cooperation, it was announced after the meeting between Minister Filip Radulović and the Director of the Transport Community Matej Zakonjšek.
Radulović introduced Zakonjkšek to the plans of the department he heads, emphasizing the amendment of legal regulations that will additionally ensure safety at sea, but also better preservation of the environment and ecological standards.
Zakonjšek emphasized the importance of the maritime sector, which has a potential that needs to be valorized.
The interlocutors agreed that it is necessary to invest in Montenegrin maritime infrastructure. Projects that will contribute to the modernization of maritime capacities are particularly highlighted.
At the meeting, it was agreed that next year the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and the Transport Community will jointly mark the European Maritime Day with joint activities in Montenegro.
