The Administration for Games of Chance announced that the total revenues from games of chance and prize games, as of August 31, amount to 20.892.133,67 euros, and that this represents an increase of 82,46 percent compared to the same period of the previous year. .

With the amendments to the Law on Games of Chance from January 1 of this year, they remind, the application of taxation of the variable part of the concession fee for organizing games of chance via the Internet and other telecommunication means began.

In this direction, the Gaming Authority will make a full contribution to achieving a positive impact on the young generation," they conclude in the statement.
