The hearing on the proposal of the Tax Administration to introduce bankruptcy in the company "Vektra Boka" was postponed in the Commercial Court. This happened after the Tax Administration submitted an amendment to the proposal, due to the debt, which grew from one million to around five million euros.
The tax administration has been trying to introduce bankruptcy in Dragan Brković's "Vektra Boka" for some time, and since February 2017, that company has been under the reorganization measures of the Commercial Court.
In the meantime, the company "Ellena group" from Herceg Novi, at the beginning of April this year, became the owner of 33 percent of shares in "Vektra Boka". "Ellena group" bought 8,7 million shares on April 2, for four cents each, that is, for the total package, she paid 350 thousand euros. Those shares were previously seized from the company "Vektra Investments" due to debt, and the off-exchange sale was organized through an auction.
