Rakčević: Spajić is "burning" in Podgorica, the boulevard construction project we worked on is presented as its own

Luka Rakčević, deputy mayor of Podgorica and candidate of the list "Jakov Milatović - For a better Podgorica!" for the mayor of the capital, he said that he did not expect that Prime Minister Milojko Spajić would present the project that the city administration has been working on for the last two years as his own.

"I understand that the prime minister is 'burning' in Podgorica, but I did not expect that he would present the project that WE have been working on for the last two years as his own," he said.

As he stated, the Vojislavljević Boulevard project consists of two phases: the bridge and the boulevard.

"All the project documentation was done by our hard-working colleagues from the Agency, as well as great designers engaged through a tender. For the bridge project, which was positively revised and harmonized with Eurocodes - a big thank you to professors Lučić and Tadić, with whom we held many meetings and shared reached the final solution through effort," Rakčević added.

He believes that the bridge with the fountain, apart from solving traffic jams, will be a "new decoration" of Zabjela and Podgorica.

"For the boulevard project, thank you to Professor Ivanovic and her team, for completing the demanding tasks in the shortest possible time and bringing the project to an end. It has also been positively revised, harmonized with Eurocodes, and we are only waiting for CEDIS approval (we expect it today)". says Rakčević

He says that it is important that Bulevar Vojislavljević starts construction.

"We will do our best to resolve property and legal relations as soon as possible. And to Prime Minister Spajić - if he already has the desire to present other people's projects as his own, we can cede many more of them that we prepared with hard work in the previous period: East Tribina, park near Bazar, Jusovača, soon Podgoričanka, Božana Vučinić square, Golootočki žrtava square, promenade along Morača and Ribnica... just let him know what he needs. We will also send renderings to make the conferences more interesting," concludes Rakčević.
