Yesterday, Elektroprivreda announced a tender for photovoltaic modules (part of the equipment for solar power plants) that will be installed on the roof of the Željezara.
The total value of the procurement is 1,2 million euros, and the tender will be divided into two lots, the first of which is 362,950 euros, and the second is 846.230 euros.
In the public invitation, it was stated that the deadline for the execution of the work is a maximum of 50 days from the day the contract is signed, while the warranty period for photovoltaic modules is 144 months from the date of signing the certificate of the completed work.
"When delivering to the ordering party (EPCG), the seller will provide for all goods certificates of product origin, assembly instructions, as well as related attestations and quality certificates for verification. The customer reserves the right to check the efficiency of the photovoltaic module according to the actual data taken from the installation site, in accordance with the EN 61724-1:2018 standard. In the event that the measurement at the place of installation determines that the efficiency of the photovoltaic module is not in accordance with the values guaranteed by the Seller, the Seller is obliged to replace the complete goods, at his own expense, which includes all necessary electrical installation work, transport and storage of the equipment. During the delivery, the seller will submit a certificate that the monocrystalline photovoltaic modules were produced in the period of six months prior to the delivery date," reads the public invitation.
This procurement is part of the "Solari 5000+" project, which is worth 15,12 million, while VAT is 3,17 million.
