Prime Minister Milojko Spajić presented the plan for Velje brdo and in his deceptions, he again went a step further. Just when you think that the fraudulent nature of the prime minister has its limits, Spajić presents the Velje brdo project, or rather the Great Deception project, announced the general secretary of the Citizens' Movement URA, Mileta Radovanić.
Radovanić points out that the prime minister "who is unable to stop the uncontrolled increase in prices in markets, the increase in prices of real estate, services and in almost every other field, this time overstepped the mark".
"During the presentation of the mentioned project 'Greater Deception', Spajić stated that the price of the property per square meter will be 1.000 euros. In the elaboration of the project, he pointed out that a three-room apartment of 100 square meters will be paid 390 euros per month, for a repayment period of 30 years, while two-room apartments of 60 square meters are paid for in monthly amounts of 290 euros for the same period," emphasizes Radovanić.
He points out that a simple mathematical operation leads to the fact that 30 years by 12 months equals 360 months, which is how long citizens would pay off the purchased apartment. He adds that when the monthly installment of 390 euros is multiplied by 360 months, the total amount of 140.400 euros is reached, which is what citizens will pay for a 100 square meter apartment. Radovanić emphasizes that this means that a square meter will cost 1.404 euros, not 1000 euros, as claimed by Spajić.
"For an apartment of 60 square meters, the data shows an even worse situation, 360 months times 290 euros per month is a total of 104.400 euros. That amount divided by 60 means that the price per square meter of the apartment is 1.740 euros. The bigger fraudster Spajić was exposed with a simple mathematical operation at the fifth grade level elementary school, which showed his amateurism and ignorance again, and that his colorful lies do not last a single day," said Radovanić.
He added that Spajić has a "Stan za sve" proposal on the table.
"Which you did not support in the Assembly, and which you criticized. It will be that the program 'Stan za sve' is still better constructed and designed than your pre-election big stories. Once again, I invite you and my colleagues from the Democrats and from the Za Buducnost coalition Montenegro to act by way of amendment, to correct any deficiencies and do everything to adopt the "Housing for All" Law and thus provide the citizens with the opportunity to solve their housing issue on twice as favorable terms as the market " Radovanić concluded.
