The stamps for part of the inspections that have been working within the ministries since October 1 have not yet been completed due to the large number of requests and procedures that must be followed, but the Ministry of Public Administration (MJU) expects that process to be completed today.
This was officially told to "Vijesta" by the department, of which he is the head Marash Dukaj.

The Directorate for Inspection Affairs (UIP) was officially shut down on October 1, with inspectors, inspections and other officials transferred, that is, they were assigned within state departments. The Government previously said that they decided to do so because they were dissatisfied with the work of the UIP, and that they believe that the return of inspections to the ministries will bring better results.
The former employees of the UIP told "Vijesta" the day before yesterday that they could not carry out inspections, that many did not receive scheduling solutions and were staying in old rooms, that there were no regulations in the departments on harmonizing stamps and identification, and that in the first eight days of October , only one inspection was carried out out of a total of 26 inspections...
With the abolition of the UIP, the use of the unified inspection information system (JIIS), which was used until 2021 and was introduced with financial assistance from the EU, also ended. The Institute of Alternatives announced that more than a million euros have been spent on the implementation and maintenance of this software so far, and that they wonder if, in addition to wasted money, a return to analog inspection supervision will achieve more efficient inspection supervision.
When asked what will happen to the software on which both time and money were spent, MJU pointed out that they will take it over.
"This system will be taken over by the Ministry of Justice by the Decree on the Organization and Mode of Operation of the State Administration, and it will start working when all the ministries provide information about the users of this system," said the department.
They explained that their inspectors still do not have the necessary stamps, that they will receive them by the end of the week, and that they have been working on solving the situation since October 1. They also pointed out that the problem must be solved jointly by several institutions, and that the Administrative Inspection Department and the Information Systems Audit Department belong to them.
From the Ministry of Finance, which he heads Novica Vuković told "Vijesti" that they are in the process of making stamps for their inspectors for public procurement and games of chance, while the Ministry of Social Welfare, Family Care and Demography has taken over the inspection of social and child protection, for which stamps are being made, and that " the procedure will be completed as soon as possible. The Ministry of Social Welfare stated that the inspectors will be moved to an Eco-efficient building.
The Ministry of Energy emphasized that they are waiting for the stamp to be made, but that they have no problems in their work. They told "Vijesta" yesterday that the seals will be ready on Thursday or Friday, that is, today, but that all regular controls and inspections have been carried out beforehand. From the department he manages Saša Mujović added that the inspectors had transferred to that department, that the contact numbers were published on the website and that there were no delays.
The procedure for procuring stamps was also initiated in the Ministry of Spatial Planning, that is, as they told "Vijesta", through the Ministry of Justice and the Administrative Inspection, which is responsible for the creation and destruction of stamps of state bodies.
"According to the information we received from the Administrative Inspection, the stamps will be delivered by the end of this week," the department stated.
They pointed out that the housing inspectors are currently staying in the premises where they were previously, but that they are being moved to the Ministry.
The Water Administration said that they are waiting for the stamps, that the inspectors' identification cards are valid until new ones are obtained, and a special email has been created, inspektionazavode@uzv.gov.me, to which interested parties can submit initiatives.
