Trial Petar Radulović i Darko Đondović due to the suspicion that in 2021 they falsified a document when submitting documentation for the position of deputy executive director of the Airport of Montenegro (ACG), will start in the Basic Court on October 31.
The Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Podgorica filed an indictment against Đondović and Radulović in September of this year, for the criminal offense of document forgery. The proposal specifically refers to the procedure for submitting documentation for the post of Deputy Executive Director of ACG, in the public competition from May 31, 2021.
The main trial was supposed to start yesterday in the Basic Court, but Đondović's lawyer Dragoljub Petrović, before the beginning of the hearing, submitted a request for a copy of the case file and requested a postponement. Judge Borko Lončar emphasized that this request did not reach the court, while the prosecutor of the ODT Marko Mugoša pointed out that he is not opposed to the postponement proposal. Because of that, Lončar postponed the hearing.
At the beginning of the year, the ODT rejected the criminal complaint against Radulović and the director of the company "Wir metaloprerada" Đondović for the alleged falsification of a document, filed by the former advisor to the executive director of ACG Biljana Knezevic. The ODT said at the time that there is no reasonable suspicion that they have committed the criminal offenses they are charged with, nor any other criminal offense for which they are being prosecuted ex officio.
Knežević also initiated a lawsuit against ACG in the Basic Court in 2021, in which she disputes Radulović's work experience, which was necessary for him to be elected to a position in that company. She claims that Radulović's employment in the company "WIR Metaloprerada" as the manager of the sector for the metal processing process and the main coordinator for market analysis in Montenegro was not recorded in the work book, and therefore he did not meet the conditions of the competition. She believes that Radulović was elected to that position illegally, that is, on the basis of falsified documents.
At the hearing in the Basic Court in September 2022, Radulović stated that the procedure for his election was completely legal, and that he would make an effort and contribute to the court getting the right impression about the motivation of the proceedings and the unfoundedness of the filed lawsuit. He stated that he and his family suffer unnecessary and unfounded media harassment, for the sake of personal self-promotion, trying to through the political engagement of his father (the then deputy Branko Radulović), Knežević achieves his goals, and that is why he wants to participate in the capacity of an intervener because he believes that he has a direct legal and personal interest.
